OMD2, 16. Glitter Placement
This is two coats of nom nom nom! This is Cocao Nut by KBShimmer I'm using for my Glitter Placement Prompt today. We are getting there now, just passed the halfway mark in the challenge. Anyway, I used the bottle brush to splodge on some flower shapes at the cuticle line in Julep Janel and outlined it in Smaug's Gold from Ruby White Tips. I then took tiny gold studs and diamond loose glitter to create my glittery star burst also at the cuticle line.
Quick dry and Bob's your uncle folks. I kind of got an Eastern vibe off these when I was done!

OMD2, 12. 3D
This my sweets is three thin coats of Pink Stilettos by the genius Jindie Nails! For the dotted nails I used OPI Alpine Snow and Julep Janel for the dots. The sweet bows were sent to me as a gift, and how sweet are they!
Well that's all for this one, all caught up now on challenge posts.
Cheers all,
OMD2, 14. Funky French
I'm going to be honest, I was at a loss for Funky French. I rarely do french...funky or not, so I didn't know what to do. So I grabbed for my french base jelly China Glaze Diva Bride that never gets any use and then stared at it on my hand for 24 hours before grabbing my dotter and neons. I simply dotted on small dots along my VNL and then topped with China Glaze Fairy Dust. Simple and sweet.
Not a crazy art post today, but I like it.
Cheers all,
OMD2, 15. Abstract
This is my entry for Abstract! I don't know where the idea for micro blue leopard and neon triangles came from in my mind...but here you go! Abstract enough for you? This is a two coat base of My Boyfriend Scales walls by OPI and the blue leopard is acrylic. The triangles were done in China Glaze Orange Knockout, Pink Voltage and Color Club Twiggie and I outlined them in black acrylic after to make them pop off the design more.
This might be my favorite since my first design in the challenge for Mint linked here.

OMD2, 13. Ikat
So I've only done Ikat pattern a couple times, but all darker colours. This time I went uber girlie! This is Berry Juicy from Sally Hansen and the rest was acrylic. It was one of those designs where the more I tried to 'fix' it, the worse it got. I was trying to get those chevrons as even as I could freehand...but meh! Over all though, the look is pretty cute.
Enjoy your Sunday.

OMD2, 11. Rainbow
These circus crazy nails are my entry for the rainbow prompt. I used my smallest detail brush, and all seven of the colours of the rainbow...and did this slowly over a long period of time...like all morning! I would do a row of tiny stripes and then work on something else for a bit and then do the next. If you would like any info on specific colours just let me know, as its all polish. I chose to do the accent ring finger vertically...cause why not.
I really loved these and wished I could wear them forever. But alas, it's challenge time...and these would be a royal pain to do on my Cinderella hand anyway!
Cheers all,
