Neon Pink Nautical...Cause You Would Wouldn't you?

Today's look has been in my draft folder for a while as you can tell by the length and shape. It's so off the wall it had to see the light of day! Neon pink and nautical babies! I ordered some different nautical plates at the beginning of the summer and used a combo of images to create this layer look and test out the plates. I used Konad White, Black and an unnamed silver for my stamping over two coats of Wondrous Watermelon from Dragon Claw Polish.

This look was fun and chaotic in person...my husband hated it! Thought it was a mess. Teehee.

Dragon Claw Polish, Bea. Floral Double Stamping

Today's look is a Floral on Bea from Dragon Claw Polish. You'll remember this gorgeous squishy Blue, and I've really been wanting to use it for something summery. Today's look is one of those oopsie-wait I love it moments. I started with two coats of Bea then stamped the tropical floral image in silver and then again in Konad White. The silver didn't show as much as I hoped on blue, so I double stamped in the white. This ended up giving the final look a shimmering shadow or halo look that I really liked.

As you may have noticed, this one was completed prior to my chop down. I have a few others, so you guys are going to be on a long and short roller coaster for the next bit! Fun!

Dragon Claw Polish, Banana Dots

Something maybe a little Earth shattering for you today!! "But it's a dotticure!" You say? I say, "does this look like just any dotticure..." This is about the flashiest dotticure I've ever done to date. The base is two coats of Blazing Bannana available here over white, and dotted in two sizes with black and neon green acrylic paint. GAH I love neons!

Anyway, I end with just a Weensie bit of macro love for Blazing Bannana. Cause, well...RESPECT!

Cheers,

Dragon Claw Polish, Ice Cream Nails

I had some more fun the other day with Dragon Fly Wings from Dragon Claw Polish. I created this super cute sweet treats combo. My Ice cream cone and cupcake look were created in all acrylic paint. I also have to confess that this was inspired by an account on Instagram that does Gel Polish, and I can't find the info now. LE sigh. If anyone recognizes this let me know.

Slurp slurp hope you enjoyed these!

Dragon Claw Polish, Holo Green Day and a Tape Mani

This one friends is Holo Green Day from Dragon Claw Polish store linked here. This is a super easy and opaque green/teal glitter that easily built to opacity in two coats. This wasn't goopy or thick in any way. Super easy and so glowing in person. A teal lovers dream! I totally recommend all the Dragon Claw Polish's. All those I've used to date are fantastic formula.

Now on to a tape mani I created with the polish. I taped off some random sections and used an opaque white polish and a teal jelly to create the gradient. This allowed the glitter to peep through the jelly near the ends.

This one was my first full tape mani, and these are not as easy say they look. So props to those of you who do these all the time.

Digital Dozen, Geometric Week. Day 2/5

This look was funky/psychedelic in person. Kind of 3D looking at certain angles because of the way the dots were layered in two layers and circles. The blue polish is once again Dragon Claw Polish, Dragon Fly Wings. My dots were acrylic over a white base.

Hope you guys like my Geometry so far...I was so bad at math I'm just going with 'shape pattern' in my head!!

Dragon Claw Polish Review, Sherbert Collection

So today I have some more summery and hot neon polishes up for Swatch and Review. These are from Dragon Claw Polish, and this was my first...and wonderful experience with them! The shop for these is  linked here. I was kindly sent two neon jellies from the summer collection releasing on the 8th. First up I have Blazing Banana, this is two coats over one coat of white. These polishes were both buildable to opacity in three, but as they are super intense I used the white to really make them pop. Formula on this one was amazing, and not streaky at all as with some neons. The photos came out surprisingly accurate for a neon, these really are this intense. This one guys, MUST have if you love bright neons.

Next up is Wonderous Watermelon. This one was equally intense and amazing but like most neon pinks hated me and my camera. This is also two coats over white. It was so hot in person! I do apologize for the 'feedback' in the pictures, which I always find irritating when I swatch neon pinks. But I have an idea for some art using both of these that will hopefully relax during its photo shoot.

Aren't these just the most blasting neons you've seen in a while? I got so many comments on these when I wore them. The shop for Dragon Claw Polish is linked here. I really do recommend you check out these and the rest of the collection.
