OMD3 Day 27, Wings

I'm going to be lazy on the plate names, as Im trying to get these last few posts up today before the close of OMD3. The polish for this look for Wings prompt is Engorgeous from CBL. This one turned out so girlie I drooled.

Just look at my friend Peggy here on her holo!

Cheers all,

OMD3 Day 30, My Nails and My Bag

This look is for #mynailsandmybag for OMD3, as I'm still trying to catch up. The stamping images are  are from VL 019 for the white swirls and hehe 003 for the stars. The base for this one is an unnamed nude and the stamping is Konad White and Revlon Espresso.

On to the bag...I got this at the Vaughn Mills Malł last year on a trip with the hubs for my Birthday.nits quickly become my favourite for summer. I just love the gold accents on the cream leather.

Cheers all,

OMD3 Day 28, Princess. Black and White French

This girlie OMD3 Princess prompt inspired look was created using an image from plate VL-019 from Vivid Lacquer. Underneath was a simple China Glaze White on White and clear polish gradient.the stamping was Konad Black. I created this look to wear to my cousins wedding, and what could be more Princess-y than a wedding!

I'm not really a French mani kinda girl, but these I rocked for almost a week!

Cheers all,

OMD3 Day 23, Under the Sea Nails

My Under The Sea OMD3 prompt nails were so very cool in person. I created a distressed background using Nabi Ski and My Boyfriend Scales Walls from OPI. Then I stamped waves in White from Konad and used advanced stamping for the Jellyfish. Bothe the Jellies and waves were from BM-504.

I saw these jellies filled in purple by someone else a while back and just had to recreate over my water.

OMD3, Day 21 Travel

This one was what I wore recently for Canada Day. I decided to save it for the Travel prompt for OMD3. This Bundle Monster leaves were stamped with Go Crazy Red from China Glaze and the dots were black acrylic paint.

I had fun wearing this festive and graphical look.

Cheers all,

OMD3 Day 20, Jewel

I didn't know what to post for OMD3 Jewel day so I decided to do my first ever Sharpie look.
I used a black sharpie and alcohol to create the marbling in this one, but to change it up I decided to try it on a holo. The pink base was two coats of Engorgeous by CBL. In keeping with the theme, I added two stones while my Seche was still tacky.

It's different, and I'll definitely try this technique out again. I can't wait to try it on a cream as well. Oh, an FYI if you attempt this...it bleeds into your sidewall the whole time. It was fairly impossible to clean it up for my pictures.

Cheers all,

OMD3 Day 11, Leaves and Peeking Panda's

This one here was for OMD3 Leaves Prompt! I've wanted Pandas on my nails forever, so I was stoked to get this Bamboo image on the Polynesian plate BM XL-109 from Bundle Monster. You guys tell me, but I found once on the nail the image looks kind of digital. So these 'digital' pandas were created in acrylic and the stamping is Femme Fatale Maddening Whispers over that no name Color Club neon green I love. After all was dry, just a quick coat of matte!

I love these, the little peeking Pandas make me smile. I would totally do this one again!

OMD3, Day 2 Peach and Midas Inspired

Today's look is a a double challenge combo that worked out beautifully! Today is Wiki Challenge Midas day over with the A2Z girls and Peach over at OMD3 Day 2. I chose to use Penny Talk by Essie as my glittery 'Midas' inspired rich stamping on a two coat base of Be Mine from Rainbow Honey. The glitter in Be Mine matches Penny Talk perfectly. The Mendala stamping image is from Bundle Monster and I thought it looked like a window frame that could be in King Midas' castle.

Below you will find what happens when you try and knock out a blog post with a four year old in the house. The minion is from the newly released Minion Kinder Eggs. My boys liked these eggs a lot, and our second contained a cute Minion Keychain we'll be hanging from his new backpack for starting Kindergarten...LE sigh!!!

Oddest bottle shot ever...check!

Finishing up today with a macro. Check out that coppery glitter in that peachy goodness.

Cheers all,
