Digital Dozen Does Nature, Micro Mushrooms


For today I created a micro pattern...micro Mushrooms to be precise! ("but do we tell them these were supposed to be cupcakes originally?" "nooo precious we don't...just go with the mushrooms!") These lil guys were inspired by the style of @cottonconey on Instagram. She micro patterns everything, so I wanted to try my hand at these mushrooms ("cupcakes!" "shhhhh precious before they hears us...dirty little cupcakeses.") I  used Essie Don't Rock The Boat as my base and earth tone acrylics for the details.

    Hahaha these are awesome - I only saw mushrooms until Smeagol chimed in. Now I see both! I immediately thought of cottonconey's designs when I saw your mani, I just love her and her micro patterns! Great job!

    lol I saw mushrooms too but I can also see how they could be an abstract cupcake pattern! They look great either way!

    Cute! I tried mushrooms on my nails once but totally messed them up. Which is funny that you got mushrooms from messing them up. Either way, CUTE!
