Art Exchange, Fall Nail Art

Normally I would call this a mani swap or perhaps a twinsie post, and it is, but it's also so much more. I recently discovered a new IG sketch artist called KreativaEmma with a very child like and sweet style. I approached her to create a one of a kind piece for me to recreate as a mani, and today I have the final looks for you. All my details were acrylic on a base of Paper Mache from Finger Paints. My initial green gradient was also created with acrylic, this is easy and I recommend it for creating base gradients.

Below is the design KreativaEmma  made for our collab. We discussed pumpkins and toadstools, but this is the lovely design she came up with. So sweet and so much detail.

Below is a look at the stages I took in my manicure for those starting in deetail work this might help.

I can't tell you how much fun this was, and hope to do this again very son.

Cheers all,

  3. This is so gorgeous! You did an amazing job recreating this on the nails! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this. I have yet to venture into acrylic paint, since my free-hand skills leave a lot to be desired lol but this makes me want to run out and grab a whole set of acrylic paints and start practicing.

  4. I wanted to stay pure polish for a long time, but once I tried it just immediately makes it all so much simpler. Now I have to force myself to do both. You really need to buy some and try something out.

    2. I just got to this, sorry. I get mine at Michaels and the dollar store. Get the kind in bottles not tubes. Tube stuff is way thicker. I never spend more than $1.99 Canadian.
